2005 XB12R. I've had issues from day one with the paint on the frame flaking off. HD agreed that there was something going on and I brought the bike to a local painter who does a lot of their warranty work. It been back three times and the paint continues to flake off. The painter is at a loss to understand what's happening. I live some sixty miles from the painter and it's a pain to bring the bike back in. I've got six months or so of warranty left. Should I insist on a new frame?
