Ive ordered the shark skinz body and am worried about over heating and my question is what can i do to lessen the heat also I just got hit by a truck so Im replacing alot of, like the headers. so should I go stock headers or what?

Wrapping your headers is going to cut way down on your heat, does a better job and is way cheaper than coating.Plus there out of sight..........Charlie

Odie's heat barriers do a good job.
Easy to install.
One under the seat, the other under the air cleaner.

Definitely use exhaust wrap!! We didn't at first until we noticed the decals were bubbling on the fairing : )

You will have no problems when the bike is moving but it gets a bit hot at a standstill, even at idle.

I wrapped the pipes on my bike after watching the paint job on our race bike get scorched.
With a heat shield under my seat only the frame on the right side gets warm at a stop. I
plan on using some aluminum tape on the inside of the frame if I ever end up dropping
the motor on my bike. If your motor is down you might want to consider doing the same.
On the street I have found no need for the race oil cooler, but that doesn't mean I don't
want one! ;)
