Using aluminum spacers. 250.00 plus for a carbon right side air scoop is just to much. The stock left side only cost $30.00.   Blasterd Posted on Saturday, July 29, 2006 - 10:49 pm:        I did. Had to trim a slit at the rear bolt hole to get it to fit right but it can be done. mine is only out about an inch and a half. Oh yeah, and longer bolts on the front. I got the front of the scoop about out around 1 to 1.5 inches away from the frame. Rode it and didnt notice a difference at all. I think it was beter they way it came form factory. Oh well I had to try it for myself.
