Try and ride it over 3000 rpm for 15-20 mins (like highway) and it will adjust itself the best it can.

Steady throttle 3rd or 4th gear between 2K and less than 4K, the 3K number is good. It needs a light load so 5th will work but be careful of the steady throttle position. It's a series of makes small changes so the 10 to 15 miles will work but you only need a few minutes for each change. I can do it on the dyno and the shop can do it on our 7 mile test ride, which only has about 3 miles where you can stay in "Closed Loop". ... Terry

Terry,
Could you explain this in a bit more detail?

Just run it at about 3K in fifth. Try to be somewhat steady.

so I had plenty of time for the ecm to figure out its getting a little more air. what i noticed with this "up grade" is a loss or torque and the fan is on quite a bit more... any reason for me to think this is a problem?

Micron and direct link are on the way (next week) so i dont think I need to worry but a lean condition is in the back of my mind causing more heat... wish i had a temperature gage and not fan noise to wonder about temps : )

I'm doing some Direct-Link map beta testing for American Sport Bike. When held at a steady rpm, the ECM resets the AFV in as little as two miles.
