Richard,

Painting the frame pucks yellow is a snap.

Just rough them up a bit with very fine sandpaper, then spray them with Krylon Fusion Yellow. The color is a very close match, and the paint was made for plastic. No primer needed or recommended.

Of course, the best thing is to do it before mounting the pucks on the bike, otherwise you need to mask the whole darn bike practically to control the over spray.
