All, I am getting rid of my 03 Kawi 636. I have found an 04 xb12s w/ 500 miles for $6000. Cool thing is its practically in my back yard. I am a Buell noob so this is why I ask the. Thanks in advance for your opinions. |

Kelly Blue Book say the suggested retail price for an 2004 XB12S is $6730, and the trade-in value is $4650. If they are asking for $6000, offer them $5750 and see if they bite. At 500 miles, and assuming it hasn't been dropped, this would be a great deal. |

Sounds like a good deal if it's clean and un-dropped. I'd follow Buckinfuell's plan for action as well. Have you done a test ride on a Buell? I'd hate for someone to be unhappy with their purchase because they didn't have enough information. |

Hey noob, make sure you research and ride the Buell 1st. Make sure you like it, different from a regular inline-4....I researched for almost a year got my xb12r and I'm still learning about the bike but I LOVE IT!!! WELCOME and good luck |
