Two weeks ago I put up a post about how a tech at Liberty HD/Buell in Rahway NJ had way overfilled my oil after an oil change/service. Well I brought the bike back today so they could check things out because the bike has been sluggish. It turns out that the tech who did my service is no longer working there. He basically knew he was leaving, so didn't bother to do the service correctly. Today however,the Buell tech at Liberty - "Moose" - totally took care of me by going over the bike thoroughly and making sure various adjustments were in spec. Moose really took the time to make sure all was good and apologized for the shoddy work of the tech who worked on my bike before. Bike is good to go. As far as I'm concerned Liberty HD/Buell has earned my business.

Liberty is *very* supportive of Buell and Moose/Chris is a great guy and tech. Good to hear they did right by you - and thanks for posting the positive feedback.

Thanks Joe! Glad to hear everything is groovy with your CityX.

Not sure if the reasons given for the previous technician's misjudgments were entirely accurate, let's just say I'm glad I could rectify the situation. We do work hard to keep our reputation in the Buell community at a high standard, and I take it personally when something like this happens, regardless of Buell or H-D models. The flip side to the coin is that I'm human too, and I'm sure I am far from never making another mistake. We just try to catch them as soon as possible and fix them equally as expedient.

Liberty took good care of me to. I went in to get a tire and have my fan fixed (xb12x). They took the fan off a display bike so I could leave on time for my trip. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Also I didn't buy my bike from them and they still treated me great. Tim in service is great I'm sorry i don't remember the other names. I would reccomend them to all. They will get all of my business from now on.

So great to hear about fantastic service instead of all the my dealer is terrible stuff.
