who has done a wheelie in 3rd on their 12? i'm havin trouble doin it. how fast are you when you pop the clutch? when you pull the clutch in what rpm's do you rev to? do you have to be on the pass. pegs or preload the suspension? thanks. p.s. i saw a thread w/ a link that had a video of an iraqi doin a circle burnout on a bicycle somewhere on this site, but can't remember where. anyone know where it's at?

You will want to talk to "Olinxb12r". He can do 3rd gear wheelies pretty effortlessly on his 12R.

They should be very possible on any 12 if I can hammer one up in third on my 9S!

9s and i can bounce it up with some clutch work in 3rd round 65 or so

3rd gear on either the 12 or the 9 is no problem. Put your left foot back on the passenger peg at between 40-55 mph, stand up, give it a bounce, let the clutch out and up she comes. I've got a 12R, and I've been riding 3rd gear standups since last season. I've been having some drifting problems from my body position lately, but I can ride them down the highway for quite a while. I'm working on 2nd gear again for a while to get my body position back in order so I'm not drifting in 3rd. I guess my balls shrank a little or something.

I heard DYNA can do 4th gear wheelies with his R1.
But who cares?
