Hey

A fuse blows on my bike and the check engine light comes on.

How does the ECM know a fuse went? Is this a analog circuit or some type of digital algorithm inside the ECM brain that sense how many times the break light came on with a register/counter in the integrated circuit.

Just asking cause I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem and running out of ideas ( see my fuse post ).
