OK, what other performance mods are out there that are relatively easy to perform other than the usuall exhaust and air intake mods??

Get a custom map made for your ECM. If you are prepared to use AKI 93 or better fuel, you might be able to get some reasonable power gains from changes in ignition timing.

You could piece together a nitrous kit for under $400 bucks and spray a 25hp shot on it all day long. Harley motors love nitrous.

Not easy, but dual throttle bodies, compression, and cams would give you some power.

If you want an easy acceleration improvment then gear down your bike.

GEAR IS MY NEXT IMPROVEMENT! as i have only a helmet/gloves. looking for good gear now that the bike is MUCH FASTER than i am. this really should have been first but i am learning of the importance of good gear.(watched a friend go down).
next will be track days..

I agree with Dongalonga. There are two ways to improve power-to-weight ratio: Spend a ton of money on the engine, or just lose weight on the bike and or rider! You can shave grams off the bike, or POUNDS off the rider. I know what sounds cheaper to me (and your heart will thank you for it too).
