I would think one would want to improve the rear brake first. They are rather poor on these things.

Destroy, many people don't use the rear brake. Most of your stopping power is with the front brake. I, myself, generally apply some rear brake and agree with you - there isn't much there.

so all you guys that don't use your rear brake never drive in a city environment?

i use my rear brake all the time. and have no problem with it.

I only use my rear brake to assist when I have to brake really hard. Otherwise its all front.
