Looks like an R with the fairing off, almost the same ;^D I've read that the R has more room under the seat than the S, so I wouldn't think it would be too big a problem. I don't remember where I got it, I just remember it was one of the first XBs I saw customized. Although it's more than just swapping plastic, the conversion shouldn't be too hard if you were swapping one of each at the same time... I'm still wavering on the whole thing, since, while I think it would look sweet, I'm really loathe to give up my 'trunk' and I don't think the saddlebags I just bought would mount well on a 9S tail section, either. I'll keep you in mind though, this winter when it comes time to make the decision (I'll be painting the bike, and I'm not willing to paint the 9R and then decide I want a 9S and have it painted as well...LOL).
