Has anyone done this?
2up comfort for long hauls with the one you love, without the off road capabilities of a Ulysses.
Is it possible?

It has been suggested that it would be a fairly easy swap onto the lightning long.
I haven't seen it done yet.

direct fit on a long, could be put on a regular any other xb model with some spacers made - at least, that's what I'm pretty sure of.

I don't think it'll be that easy. I seem to remember the Ulysses tail has an underseat storage area that works on the Ulysses, but runs a real risk of smacking into the rear tire of a Lightning Long. Who says the Lightning Long isn't comfortable for two-up riding?

the storage area could either be modified, or removed very easily and replaced with
some abs plastic that is easily molded with a heat gun.
