I need to know how to install front brake pads on a 2003 buell xb9.

Remove the front brake caliber, remove pads, install the new pads.

you really don't need a manual. Pretty simple.

What part of the job don't you understand maybe we can answer that.

Only two bolts to loosen up that attach to the fork leg. Then you have the one on the caliper itself, in the middle of it that you undo to release the pads.

You remove the pads by shifting the caliper around.

You do not need to remove the front wheel or anything, it is GREAT!

Find a manual for specs on torque values.
