our 98' S3 spoiled us at highway speed, as the 1/4 faring makes nice hole to ride in comfortably. Has anyone seen a respectable flyscreen extension for 06 XB 12? What about a firebolt faring with mirrors not mounted to hhhaaannndddllleeebbbaaarrrsss?? yeah schoolme...

I would like it if Buell made one that matched my awesome hero blue plastic. Grey and grey is easy, but on a blue XB9SX that would look kind of stupid.

If you go with the firebolt fairing the zero-gravity sport touring screen makes a nice hole in the air.

The pics look like the one in the last link except they don't offer clear in the link. Do you have experience with the ceebaileys? Is it stable in winds, etc? The pale blue choice that seems to be shown in the website doesn't look like a match to the nice Buell blue which might be more aesthetically unpleasing than the dark grey.

Ted - That Cee Bailey's piece looks like it is mounted in front of the stock piece. On their website it states "designed to replace the small bikini fairing on XB bikes." Is it mounted in front or is it just an illusion?

They just taped a line, and painted it black on the bottom half.

I remember seeing that pic before. The clear screen looked pretty...untidy without
the black paint. I'm glad you, and your bike found your way to bad web Ted!

Duh, it didn't say clear in the same lineup so i must've ignored it as a header. Thanks Dako. Mounting the clear one on standoffs over the stock blue might be nice. Longer screws and plastic washers... just have to take it off for cleaning in between.

He's real good too... My inner air box is covered in diamond plate graffics on vinyl...
