I first posted here on 31/10/2005. I had no technical questions to ask,(my man Opto looks after that) all I wanted was to share the fact that I was now riding a Buell and wanted to be a part of this board. I am still riding my Buell and still posting here, but after some posts I have read here lately realized how lucky I was as a Newbie. To all the guys and gals that took the time to welcomed me and answered my NEWBIE thread THANK YOU. I was welcomed by people who even stated they do not post often, and I now know the importance of that statement. I like every Newbie did not realize I had made a mistake when posting a thread and coped the wrath of a member. A kind bit of advice on what to do would have not gone astray, I am not known as being thin skinned but his comments hurt me because it was a personal attack I was not expecting. I stopped posting here, and was lucky enough to be welcomed on a thread on another board where I have spent months of fun and made what I call some really good mates. But, this is my board for my bike and I am back, being just a little bit more cautious about what I say this time around! Anyway the point of this post is to say THANK YOU to those people that welcomed me so warmly. It meant a lot to me at the time and even more now, because I realize I was one of the lucky ones who got heaps of friendly posts. Having got that off my chest, now I am going to go ride my beautiful Buell! Bindy | ||
