Ive been fighting with tuning with my bike for a few weeks now and i just brought it in To the hd dealer.. new plugs and engine temp sensor, not poping really loud adn often but when i let off it crakles. I have the quiet core but not sure if i should put it in. Im thinking it will add more backpressure like the buell guy at hd said. Think that it will stop the poping? and will i notice better low end? my 3k range is really boggy now.

You will not see any benefit in performance by putting in the quiet core.
These are dyno charts from the Hillbilly-Motors-Motors web site that show the performance drop.

backpressure being beneficial in a motor is a pervasive myth. Keeping velocity up can be beneficial,
but only in a properly designed system.

looks like it makes really jerky power through the revs with the quiet core installed... its not really popping loud anymore... is the quiet core something i can just slip in when im going to be comming in late at night and pop out the next day without the ecm being confused or what?

Yes, it will come in and out. I recommend a high temp grease be used on the o-ring.
If you don't the core can tend to stick in the pipe.
