I busted a fork seal on my 9R and brought it to the new HD shop in town. they have been open for about a year and so far I hadn't needed their service shop for anything until now. So I called and spoke to the service manager and inquired about their techs being Buell certified. He said they were so I made the appointment. It took a little longer than I hoped, but they were very polite and seemed very eager to help me get back on two wheels. When I picked up the bike, they told me that I had a headlight out! Like most of you, I have many people tell me about this, but I certainly didn't expect it from the dealership. I sure got a kick out of it. They sell very few Buells and they haven't probably had to work on many either, but their work seems fine. I will probably give them some more of my business in the future.
