I can't seem to find a service manual specific to the XB12Ss. Does one exist? Surely it does, considering the fluid capacities are different from the standard XB12s and a few other things.

I would think that in the 06 Lightning service manual it will note any differences

That's what I would hope, but everywhere, online, that I look, it lists the XB9s and the XB12S for the same manual, but does not list the XB12Ss.

That is because you have an XB12S.. Sorta like a Honda Car repair manual.. You may have an 91 honda CIVIC DX or a 91 HONDA CIVIC si Ones a hatchback and the other is not but same manual.. Just specifies for different models.??

These are the available manuals. There are different manuals by year (2005, 2006) and model (Firebolt, Lightning, Blast & Ulysses).

Hope this helps. The part number of the manual should be visible in the photo. If not, any Buell dealer can fix you up pronto and some sponsor dealers here have the manuals in stock and offer attractive discounts.
