Has anyone tried out the buell select seat for the xbs ? How much better are they than the stocker? I cant seem to find a review of these seats anywhere!

I'm Very happy with mine. The only thing is that it is a little taller than the stock seat, being only 5'4" it was the difference of being able to get my feet flat on the ground.

It is a huge improvement over the stock shape and feel for comfort. It made the difference for me adding to my rides by getting my mind off of the pain in my a--. The stock seat is lighter and better for track use but I will most likely never put it back on since I like this one so much. It will add hours to your riding enjoyment

5 minute search using "select seat"... match all words, and full words only.

the search function works. I got 118 thread matches.

Wait, never mind, I found your ad. Is there a difference between the "streetfighter" seat and the 'Select' seat?

Streetfighter is all foam, cushy compared to stock, a tad more for/aft room than stock or Select I'd say.

Select is foam and gel, seems firmer, a tad less for/aft room than Streetfighter, and the funky v-shape wedge in passenger area.

Can't say there is a clear cut winner.
Both are upgrades from stock for sure, just depends on what kinda butt you have.
