Court, Har har...

Earwig, CRG folding bar ends, from American Sport Bike. Simple to install.Work fantastic. You can actually see! No vibrations, and they fold up for tight parking. Made in the U.S.of A. Plus IMHO they look great. I love em!

uh, When it comes to these new fangle computer things I'm retarded too!
So, go to the 'Shop Here' thing at the site...
Go to Buell's section.
Select your type...XB12S,
Then go to Control Systems.
They are down on that page a little...
part number 5570 LS.
Also do not forget the adapter to put in the bar end...you can see them installed on my profile.
Good luck

CRG Lanesplitters from American Sportbike are hands down the best out there but you will need to install bar end weights if you haven't already. Not cheap at around 70 bucks apiece, but worth every nickel if you ride a lot.

I recently installed a pair of Billet Rizoma 851`s in black from Matt at Trojan. They are not cheap but they are top quality & I like the look as I wanted something different from Bar End Mirrors

Also for anyone interested the Bars are Renthal Low Bars supplied through Al from American Sport Bike. They have a great riding position (again IMO) being slightly wider than stock with more pullback than conventional dirt bike bars but less than the stocko`s.
Bar Ends are Renthal too, again from American Sport Bike.
Thanks to both Matt from Trojan & AL from American Sport Bike. Very happy with both products

The Billet Rizoma 851`s do look great. The black goes very well with the black on the bike. Anyone have the 998's?

I've read comments (on other sites as well) from those who have the Rizoma's that they "look great" or "go well" with the bike, but not much on the actual performance of the mirror itself. Are they any better for viewing than the stock? If so, how much better? I'd be more tempted to buy a pair if the vibration wasn't an issue.

I find the 851`s function very well with very little vibration. I can actually see whats behind me now. I have no hesitation recommending them.................I`m sure you would be happy with them

Cheers

there are some billet fairing mirrors in the hillbilly catalog.
Jens and company have put together a great variety of stuff in
the catalog. I like the print version better than the electronic.
Color glossy photos that you can thumb through still have
their place.

Ordered a set of Rizoma Dynamic's from Trojan-horse a couple of weeks ago. The wait from Europe is KILLING me. I'll post a photo once they're on the bike.

I feel your pain Silverado. When I ordered my 851`s they were out of stock & on back order. Although Matt from Trojan was good keeping me updated on the progress & expected delivery date.
Was well & truly worth when they arrived. But yeah waiting is no fun

I am posting other peoples pics so I don't know what kind of mirrors they are, just one I happen to like.

http://republika.pl/dungood/images/LuxMoto2/100_2873.JPG

http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/32777/183571.jpg

They look like the same mirrors in different finishes(and I would really like to know who makes them).

Earwig :
Dunno.........maybe I got lucky ? It does take a bit of patience fitting to make sure there is even tension each side. Have to keep moving up the opposite side as I tighten up either side until its fully tort & wrinkle free
(Oh, & I put the Torx screws in through the holes to secure the back end while I`m pulling up the sides, when it looks good I fit the airbox to the bike)

Voltage:
You should know Goanna oil works much better than Roo cream

Cheers

Murdoch
