so i'm in the middle of doing a lightning bolt conversion to my 03 9sl...i just got my brand new tail plastics from daves...i l already painted my flyscreen, airbox cover and front fender satin black. Should i paint the new stuff too??? I used spray paint and am concerned about how it will turn out...i've considered buy new plastics but they aren't cheap...i'm trying to do something different...i hate my bike looking like someone elses....thoughts? ideas? suggestions?? | ||

Wow. Thats a place to start, but can you give a little more information on what you DON'T want. Like colors, money, time, etc. I'd stay away from the spray paint... | ||

If you do decide to use the spray paint,make sure you prep everything accordingly. Don't want it to turn out flawed. That's all I have to offer, good luck. | ||

I say if you've already painted the majority of the bike then u just as well paint the rest. |
