I ordered one from the HD dealer here and he was looking in an X1 book... when I questioned him he said they didn't change but I just want to be sure, thank you! They do this to increase ground clearance on the left side. The shifter is the first hard part to touch in stock configuration. Not sure if the x1 is the same part, but the m2 and xb shift levers are definitely different.   99buellx1 Posted on Thursday, March 30, 2006 - 08:09 pm:        They are definately different looking, dont know if it will work or not....never tried it.
