Anybody know the thread size of an O2 sensor so I can have bosses welded in each header to tune individual cylinders?

Thanks Rocket. I am going to the nut and bolt factors on Saturday to pick up a couple of s/s nuts with the correct thread to weld-on. Wish me luck.
PS, good to see you still posting all these years after your bad experience with Buell. I see Just Harleys are under new ownership...

Under new ownership? You mean they're no longer part of Steel River? Interesting.

To be fair Martin, the bad experience wasn't with Buell in the end. Duncan Peace put the top end back on using too narrow a wire gauge circlips. Had he have used Wiseco circlips with the Wiseco pistons the 2 year crap with JH's would never have happened. But of course, Buell UK couldn't in the end put pressure on their dealer despite the tech being at fault, which was a bitter pill to swallow at the time.

Just Harleys is now owned by the same people that have St Leger H-D and Manchester H-D. Duncan got the heave ho some time ago.
