I would like the seat height of my 2004 xb12r a little lower, maybe about 1". Does anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks

remove the cover and cut down the foam...
makes for an Ass hurting ride at distance.

You could probably swap the forks & rear shock for a 12Scg shock & forks.
The 04's all had 41mm forks so you wouldn't have to change the lower triple.

The suspension would be about a little under an inch lower. You'd have to experiment with suspension settings though. The lower springs are stiffer to compensate so the settings in the book would be off a bit.
