took and extra swing arm up to the shop to did to play around. I tried using POR metal ready stripper and nothing and the sand blaster up there wasnt powerful enough.

Any ideas? Yes I could take it to a sand blaster place, but then I'm becuase of the frame...

Any Autoparts store will have Aircraft paint stipper. It cuts powder coat like a hot knife thru butter.

Used aircraft remover too. Works awesome, just don't get any on yourself, you'll melt. And dont bother with plastic scrapers to try and keep scratched off the exposed aluminum. Melts through that too.

Rich, thanks i would love to take the credit for the rims but they are just stock white rims. i do believe that the white and the grey rims come with the outer edge polished.

Gary, well they still look good! I'm kinda on and off with the gold/amber color on mine...but nice polished silver is always a good thing in my book!

Rich, thanks again. i like them a lot. i originally had the amber wheels on it. but i sent them off to have them chromed. that is a whole story unto itself. the chromer screwed them up 5 times. so i made them refund my money and buy me a new set of wheels. so when they where ordering the wheels they let me get the white one's instead of the amber one's. now that i have had them on there i think i like it better than i would if they where chrome.
