I've successfully completed the addition of the CityX/Uly handguards and third eye bicycle mirrors to my Crossroads bars. Also pictured is the hole I drilled in the instrument housing to ease the extreme bend of the cluch cable inherent with the Crossroads. I lifted the mirror idea from another Badwebber and great appreciation goes out to this entire community for keeping me Buellin Happy.NUTS

Can you tell me how you were able to mount the bar end mirrors with the guards, or post a link? I saw a thread months ago on the same subject, but can't seem to find it. I have a set of guards I have yet to install and do not want to go back with stock mirrors. Thanks

I cut the stock bolts and applied a washer and locknut to the inside of the guard. I drilled a hole through the guard where it would allow the mirror to have more useable range. I was also considering those stock mirror re-anglers offered on the ever popular auction site but decided against it. I'll be using the napoleon mirrors when the weather warms though.NUTS

Got it. I had not thought of doing it that way. Thanks for your time.

Not a bad idea with the mirrors.

Looks good Jason! I did something about the same with mine, check it out in the pics section.

Now that I re-read the post it clicks with me about what you were saying. Thanks for the props. I was looking to do something a little different and since I broke one of my Cat-eye mirrors when I took it off I figured what the heck! I put mine a little closer and higher on the handguard to get the mirrors up a little higher. It works good for me.
