i am looking around for a completely smooth undertail. no blinker holes or tail light hole. i know i have seen them, but can't seem to find one. looked through some of the sponsor, unless i just missed it i didn't see one | ||

If you are looking for a race undertail for the XBR model, I have seen one on the airtech streamlining web site with no rear light aperture. thanks trojan, airtech said that they are about $103 for the undertail. first they tried to tell me to look at the prices listed on there website, until i told them that the undertail was not listed like the rest of them, lol. | ||

Cool, not a bad price either. I might just get one for our race bike. Bought myself a set of '03 Yamaha R1 forks for it yesterday so I'll have some head scratching to do over Christmas. | ||

that sounds like a project! what exactly will it be improving with the R1 forks on it? and i am actually planning on using the smooth undertail on a street bike, i have an idea for a tail light that wont need the stock locations  | ||

that sounds like a project! what exactly will it be improving with the R1 forks on it? We want to use dual front discs again on this racer, as they are DEFINITELY better for racing than the ZTL front. Also the R1 forks will give us a bigger selection of brake calipers and wheels to choose from than the Buell items. There has been a lot of development by suspension companies on the Yamaha forks as well, so tuning is more readily available here in the UK. Oh, and they came up at the right price |
