Will the chin fairing from a Firebolt fit properly on a Lightning ? If so about how much does that part run from Buell.

I have a black lightning and like the Black/Black look of the chin fairing on the Firebolt models versus the Black/Gray on the Lightning.

Hi, get the chin spoiler off the CityX.
Exactly the same as yours, but black

One inexpensive option.

Get rid of the pop rivets and paint that section of the chin fairing yourself.

Kit:

as far as I'm willing to be certain the chins are identical.

You can also order just the middle section of the chin fairing.

Part number: M0698.02A8AMBE
Retail price: 32.55

plus some pop rivits to attach it.

Oh, and yes, the parts are the same between the Lightning and the Firebolt.

Ok, here we go.

Yes

Yes (though it does get close for the two front screws.)

Well, its actually three pieces.
Right hand piece: M2647.02A8AMW
Left hand piece: M2648.02A8AMW
Center piece: M0698.02A8AMBE (listed three posts above)

Total: $119.91

I would just do the middle and call it good, you already have the left and right pieces in black.
