Hi, I have heard somewhere that there has been produced a new replacement for the TFI and PC III. Has anyone heard of it and know what I am talking about? Because I don't. If someone knows I would be happy.

There's been some talk about a programable ECM sometime in the future.

Some quick questions for you. Do you plan on doing major engine mods or just the standard pipe/filter change out? If the latter, I recommend just the Race ECM. To go with anything else is nuts because you don't have the mods to make use of it and all it will do is give you headaches rather than smiles.

I am thinking about installing 1250ccm big bore kit, XB12 Aero 48mm Equal Length Header Pipes plus the standard pipe/filter change on a XB12 2005 mod. do you think it would be enough with the Race ECM then?

If you plan to do all that then you will need a programable ECM like the PCIII or TFI or something else.

there is in fact a new fuel tuner and it is through a company called techno research. the product is direct-link and it is a setup similar to a harley race tuner. i have been in search for a while and finally found it. it allows fuel and timing adjustments as well as rev limit.
