Do you need to relocate the turn signals in order to run the Buell saddlebags. Only says REFLECTOR relocation. And what do the brackets look like when the bags are not on the bike?

Nope, just move the reflectors. The bags have cutouts for the signals to live in, but they cover the stock reflector location. The reflector "relocators" are just 1" by 9" metal with two 90-degree bends. They look ghey without the bags. Instead of using 'em, I moved the reflectors back by three inches by swapping the right one to the left side, etc. Looks stock- even most Buellers wouldn't notice. They will notice the saddlebag brackets, but they're tastefully small and swoopy-lookin.
