Well, almost have 25,000 miles on the bike and I just remembered. It's going to be time to replace the belt then. What is the price on the 06 belt and idler pully parts that need to be replaced? | ||

Belt is 136.80 I'll need to look up the idler pulley | ||

i dont think you need to install a new idler pulley. the new belt is the same dimension as the old one, just made different. more durable. | ||

I have the old 03 belt with 11k miles on it. What would it cost to upgrade EVERYTHING? | ||

Take a look at this before before laying out the cash for a complete new idler pulley assy. Remove and replace makes some since when you are paying high per hour shop rates, but if you are doing the work yourself pocket the money and just replace the bearings. Hmmm. Ok, I remember reading that when I replace the belt I'm suppose to replace something on the idler pulley. I'm guessing that would be the bearings, right? I've got a service manual, but am to lazy to look it up right this minute. | ||

can someone post the prodouct # of the "newest belt for 03 bikes", I'll replace mine sooner or later and I need to chose the right one and not some "warehouse remnants". thanks! | ||
