No it does not include shipping.
It's "almost" a two inch drop in seat height

Thanks Daves, decent price... I think I'll hold off for now, I get a 15% off from my local HD-Buell dealer here in the area for being a BRAG member on all parts and labor... that's $186.96 plus 4.5% sales tax = $195.37... I got a long term relationship with these guys, so I'm gonna give them first crack and order through them... I don't absolutly have to have the seat this minute....

I'm really more interested in seeing a photo of the Uly w/the low seat installed.... Anyone?
