I've kept an open mind about the Aussie stuff. The US market must be pretty lucrative for bike parts, so it's important to establish sales here.

This new round of sniping is pretty ridiculous, though. I don't know who Chillistick is, but his behavior has pretty much left me cold on these Aussie parts. I thought the Pod was cool and said so the first time it was shown here, but I'd never buy one or have anything to do with the company now.

Too, bad. I was in your corner before this.

It is rather absurd to me that they have been stating how brainwashed and closed minded BadWeBbers are when I found the following in their Rules section:

Aussie Buell Riders is a website designed to service the Australian Buell Community. As such the decision has been made to maintain a level of total Australian based membership to the forum. We feel that by letting foreign members join will simply dilute the number of Australian members to a level of confusion and irrelevance.

Other sites that encourage multinational membership such as Sport Twin exist to service the USA and Other Country's. These sites serve there purpose and through there existance Aussie Buell Riders can focus on the Australaian scene and leave the rest of the world to sites like Sport Twin. By accepting multinational membership ABR simply becomes another Buell site in a sea of Buell sites that has little or no relevance to Australia.

We and the majority of ABR members have voted to keep ABR all Australian and we ask that users from oversea's that are not Australian's please not attempt to join ABR. Non Australians will have there account deleted if they attempt to join.

Those foreign members that are already members of ABR will continue to enjoy ABR membership, but no new foreign members will be added.

We hope you understand our descision.

Regards,

WB
