I've got a question for those of you who have done some 1050/1250 cylinder kits.

Here is what I want to do... put a 1050 kit on a 12 motor as they share the same bore size. What I want is the domed piston and higher CR. This should give me a 1250 kit with the higher CR. Only question is how much will it raise the CR and how much is too much? I'm not above using a good octane booster as long as it's O2 safe.

Also any of you who have had any head work done stage 1, 2, or 3. I would be interested in your opinion/experience on RWHP gain.

Thanks just trying out some ideas for this winter.
