just put new tires on 03xb9. bike up on jacks. when i rotate rear wheel i get a slight rubbing of brake disk against pads at a certain point of rotation.any
ideas?

Slightly warped brake rotor. Completely normal if it's just a small rub but if it really grips down to where you really have to push it through its rotation, I'd replace it.
