I have been riding to work every day for about the past week. Tonight, when I left out of work on the bike, it got really squirrelly on me in a couple of corners, and I almost went down. When I got home, I checked the suspension, and nothing was set correctly, nor did left and right match. Now, I know how to set up suspension, as I had a T Sport before, and went through it with that one. I have to check the tire pressure tomorrow. These are the settings I used tonight Front Preload..........: 2 lines showing Front Rebound........: 1 1/2 turns out from all in front Compression.: 3/4 turns out from all in Rear Preload............: 6 (1 down from stiffest) Rear Rebound..........: 1 turn out from all in Rear Compression...: 1 1/4 turn out from all in I had this setup before. If I had had it memorized I would have pulled over and fixed it. That is how weird it felt to me. I am going to wait until tomorrow for a test run. Let's be careful out there. Don't think it changed on it's own. But then, I can't say exactly when it happened. Like I said, I have been riding it every day. Maybe yesterday I rode it a little harder. But whatever it is, I'd check it. It ain't worth having a problem. Who would be scared of a little ol' Buell anyway? Stretch 05 Xb12S ( Alive and well ) | ||
