Has anyone tried the new Micron Serpent? Any info to share? Looked in KV but the stuff there hasn't changed.

I'm interested in this also. I think I saw it on American Sport Bike, but I'm not sure it was listed correctly. I think it is listed at about $700 in the lubrications area of the XB12R parts page. I'm sure something is up because the description is for Syn oil. That is also for the full system exhaust! I don't remember how much that people were saying that it is supposed to cost, but that seems like a bargain for a full system. The D&D is listed at $600 just for the slip on.

Yep, I saw that too. Al might be holding off on it until he gets more info on the pipe. For right now I know there is a special intro price of $699 for the first 50 pipes. After that it goes up, but I'm not sure what it will go to. I'm getting ready to drop the cash on it, but I'd like to find more info first.

Whoops,I'll have to fix that listing.

Indy (Pete) was correct on the stuff he wrote above. The first 50 are cheaper, then the price goes up to a TBD price. I've seen some plots without any A/F data, and until we have the plots with A/F data and a fueller in place (some very good news coming on that front soon), the jury is out. The plots I've seen so far show promise but would not be enough to make ME plunk down my $$ without the other data.

Stay tuned, when I get back from Vacation I have a bank of testing lined up. I've been dying to make several performance mods to my Uly, but want to approach it in a very controlled way, so I've held off.

Fixed, see here

Micron USA told me I'll get their plots very soon, but I'm back east now so I won't see it until the 27th.

Man I wish I had the cash laying around to pick that up and put it on the bike after the testing is done. That is really cheap for a full system.

I hope so, wish you could expand on this, I'll be in line if it's a replacement ECM that does away with the stock logic.

I heard that it's 103 db at 3000 RPM. I've also been told that it's almost as loud as a D&D, alternately I was told by Trojan that it's about the same as the Buell Race Can.
