Some time ago there was a push for donations for contingency money for Buell racers. If I remember correctly a good sum of money was collected.

Has any of it been distributed? To whom? I think the racers that have received funds from the web should be recognized.

Didn't we just have this discussion? LOL.

We awarded a total of $2,100 to Buell AMA FX racers. $1,200 to Dave Ebben riding for the injured Sean Higbee, and $900 to Jeff Johnson riding for Hoban Bros. Racing. We hope to award more next year. Need to recover and gain more of a fund base though. Hint. : ) See the "cool" topic in the Quick Board towards the bottom of the topic list there.

Thanks for the update Blake. I hadn't seen the other discussions regarding awards. I thought there would be more hoopla to encourage more Bueller's who are intent to race to hop on the "bad" wagon and race.

Hopefully next year. AMA FX is no chump racing series. We're talking top notch competition.
