I was buy a xb 12 s in a couple years, I love those pm wheels on my x1 and would really miss seeing them on the XB. Does anyone care? If not i fugure this was a good place to cast my vote to see em back as an option. Maybe more wieght and all of that but I dont care..........???????????????????????????????

just put the old style legs on your bike, get the old calipers and their you go. PM wheels

I think they are very sharp too! The problems may be (if you can call them problems) high maintenance, much higher initial cost and they are considerably more heavy. I think they (Preformance Machine) are made in CA, the XB wheels in Taiwan or China. I had them on my M2 and went thru quite a bit of Mother's polish to keep them shiny, not to mention all the elbow grease. If you are up to it and have some cash, get your's chromed. I've always wanted to see what that would look like.
Anyone done that?

chrome would be cool but later on you could find your wheels might need retured and that dont work good with chrome on them. That chrome fx poilsh thing on ebay interesting but it invovlves killing the original finish too . Oh well , i got lots tools and it woulndt cost too much to find a cloth buff end to fit on my die grinder that would work good for polishing.

Thats me fullpower and the fact of my argument isnt something I view as personal... rather an obvious note of alot of peoples feelings...... from years ago up untill now......nothings changed.
