Hey Jason.. Summit's about 3.5~4 hours from Roanoke, taking 81 N. straight up to Rt. 11 just outside of Winchester, then right on Old Charlestown Pike, then right on Summit Point Pike.. The race track is on your right just a little ways up. That's a pretty simplistic routing, but you get the idea. | ||

James.. Uh, Keith.. What do we call you? Anyway... Summit Point usually has a few Buells running. Last time I was there, Art Diaz and Jeff Gouchner were there. (Art rides for Classic HD and Jeff for Winchester HD) The time before that there were four or five Buells running. So I'm sure you'll have company. Too bad they picked a weekend when a bunch of us will be just coming back from the BRAG Adventure, but like I said, hopefully I'll make it there on Sunday. You'll know me, I usually have my camera with me at the races.. | ||

I will be there Saturday evening to race on Sunday for HD/Buell of Edison in NJ. Unfortunately work is preventing me from being there for the whole weekend. Anthony a.k.a. Mutation_racer and I pit next to one another so any Buellers that show up at Summit Point are more than welcome to come and "shoot the ****" with us. We definitely have a good time. Oh yeah, Mr. Peanut will be there too! | ||

i have to say that i would be cautious riding the shenandoah course Art will not be down for the race he in all his years and past summit point track championships does not like the shenandoah track but we will be in daytona anyone for daytona Tony, Pete will we see you there. If i get our trailer packed and finished by friday i will ride down for the weekend ill have to say ill be rooting for the Edison crew. | ||

Cool. Looks like Sunday may not be a total wash out. Out of curiousity, do you run different tires if the ground is wet but it is not actually raining? Or just run your regular race tire? | ||

run regular tires,because if the line become dry it will eat up rain tires,if rain is comeing down i will run rain tires | ||

It was great to see everyone this weekend. Thanks to all who came to check out the races, especially Pete (blublak), Jose, and Rob from Virginia.
