Author Message   Cmm213 Posted on Wednesday, September 07, 2005 - 09:35 pm:        Hey guys I have a question- I need to know if anyone knows about the cali emissions on the xb's because I found the bike I want and it was originally from there. The owner in fact told me it has it. I want to know if it is slower than the other machines or is it just for cleaning up the air better. It is a 9s with the regular mods jardine,filter,race ecm. It has the canister below the air intake. Can anyone tell me if it makes any differences in power and if I can take it off?? Other than that, it is the exact same beast. There should be no performance impact. However, it comes off in only a few minutes, and I had everything rerouted and plugged in about a half hour. I can take pics and email them to you if you like. Kind of like an afterthought. Oh yeah -- it was an afterthought...
