I was wondering if anyone is running the Jardine Ti can on an XB12? or if anyone has heard it. Wanted to know if the sound was any different than the AL or carbon cans. I know Ti exhausts on cars have their own unique tone, and just wanted something diff. maybe. Thanks for any input.

Tommy k, I haven't heard one on an XB but youre correct that the difference should be audible, at least in my experience from my last bike comparing carbon-fiber to titanium slip-on.

I would guess the Jardine Ti can sounds meatier than the aluminum on the XB, better resonance.

It holds up better than the aluminum can at least. Can't tell you if it sounds different, but it sounds great if not too loud. Packing blows out pretty quickly, but the rivets seem to hold up fine on the Ti can (just make sure you use stainless rivets of the proper size when repacking).

I know when I had my TLS, I had the aluminum cans and my buddy had Ti cans on his and there was a definite difference in tone with the Ti not being quite as deep. They sounded tighter and racier though.
