I ordered some items from them almost 2 months ago. Now I know it can take time being overseas to get things. But I have not been able to contact anyone from their store for about a month. The last email I got from them informed me that my items I had requested were at the store in UK & that they would be informing me soon of the shipping cost. Well I have had no contact since. I have replied to that email & also have gone to their web site and used the contact us option.
Just trying to find out if I should be real worried about my funds or is this just being slow & I need to not worry.

Thanks

I got the rear razor rotor from them, and it took like 6 weeks just for him to actually get one and another 3-4 weeks to send n then when I did finally get it,it was pretty sloppy looking all the edges were not plated like they had plated the disc and then cut it.
Ask me and I think its a rinky dink operation with a cpl of people who cant really keep up.
good luck.
Oh ya and the razor rotor makes the back brake suck even more than the stock disc.(but damn it looks cool)

It is not for me to comment on another guy's business. However, I know that the proprietor of that business has been in hospital. If there is a telephone number on the website, I'd call them if I were you. Put your mind at rest.

I know the owner was in the hospital but he got out in July. I was giving him time to get caught up on stuff. And yes there is a telephone number so I will call him next week if I don't hear from him in an email.

Wildman4x4nut, I know it's none of my business. But if you've waited that long I'd call right now.

May I respectfully suggest you pop over to www.ukbeg.com (A UK Buell forum) and ask the users there if they've heard from bitz4buells or where the business is upto in dealing with orders?

Steve.

there has to be a legitamiate reason for the delay

Well just to update everyone. Today I got an email from the owner & he had to go back into the hospital again due to an infection. So he has not been able to answer any emails. He thought he had his auto reply set to inform people about what had happened but it wasn't. So now I feel better & will give him a little more time to finalize my transaction.
