Howdy y'all, I've been wondering what the Lightning would look like with just one big headlight... it takes a bit to get used to, it looks like a cyclops to me... because I'm so used to seeing them with the dual headlights, not that I don't like the dual headlights, though.

What do you guys think of it? It would be cool if there was a kit to outfit your bike this if you wanted. Probably would need to be a bit smaller than the standard 7" round light... or would it?

I can't decide....I kinda like it, but not as much as the duel lights...Besides without the 2 lights, I would miss the 5 people a day lettin' me know I have a light burnt out...

Just photoshop the front headlight and windscreen assembly from an M2 and you will be close. My rebuild has me grafting an X1 headlight, windscreen and such to the front of my XB.

IIRC the VROD light is a 5.75" light, like the Sportster. Headlight assembly is $130 complete.

Stick with dual lights. If one breaks, you can use the other to get home.

Rage- That one is funky! I sorta like it. 45- If you gotta go cyclops, the flysreen needs to be changed, IMO.

Rage,
Is that a Benelli or a Z1000/750 getup?

I like the dual lights WAAAY better than a larger single.

At first glance looks like a Blast on steroids.

I would love to switch with any one wanting to do this though.

Here is a another one. These are difficult to do with this wimpy computer I have... I found a flat glass style lens that looked better to graft on. And I made the flyscreen more like the old-style.
This one looks a bit more normal than the first one I think.

45, now that first post is hot right there. I would have to disagree with Paul though. The flyscreen looks perfect. It definitely fills out the bikes shoulders. Makes it look a little less dorky and a bit more muscle.

Since we are photochopping, has anyone tried putting the SX hand guards on an R? I know that it sounds a little weird, but if someone could do that for me, I would appreciate it. 45?
