When you guys bought from the dealer what "extras" did you ask for them to include? I know you can get acessory financing if you go through HD financial but I just wondered is this enought to set the bike up to begin with.

My thoughts are for the dealer to throw on new rims(black), new windscreen(black also), and not get the race kit and put on the D&D or drummer when I get it. What do you guys think?

Normally HD will finance up to 1000.00 in acc with no problem.
As long as your credit score is good you can do more.
Could I interest you in a trip to Wisconsin?
Which model do you want?

Race... now is a good time to be in the 9sx market. Lots of people loving the 9sx, but listening to the sweet song of the XB12X sirens calling through the fog : )

I really like the 12X, I think it is going to be Bike of the year for 2006. BUT to me the City X would be a perfect commuter replacement for my Sportster for the 90% of my riding. Also Im 5'6" you should see me using stumps and dirt mounds or half hanging off my YZ250 MotoX bike when Im stopped. CityX + Me = Perfect
I really miss riding my Buell on the street thats all.

Daves, don't you have another Fly, buy, and ride program? When's the date for that? Info on it?

I haven't put the final touches on it yet.
It is going to be for the XB12X and include a ride to where no Buells have gone before. That's all I can tell you at this time.
If it's not the X you want, I'm sure we can make something up for you that would be equally cool.

Dave,
Is it going to be for just the xb12x? Or do you think you might have another promotion in the spring?

Hard Corps

Will you ship bikes?

Ya just never know what I'll do for a promotion to sell Buells.

Yes I can ship bikes but it is much more fun to come get them and ride them home.

I'd love to come up there for the XB12X. Wife told me I could get one, but would have to let go of the 12R and the payments would have to be the same or lower. Last time she made a statement similar to that, I wound up getting rid of the Blast and getting my 12R. : )

Two months before 2006s came out I was looking for a new Black 2004 XB12x. Found a red one which i did not want, and kept insisting I did not want red. Dealer really wanted to make a deal. With a friend to help me negotiate, I finally got the red bike (I now really like the color) for 8750, no setup charge and 250 in store credit. That was over 2000 miles ago and I couldn't be happier. No money down, 1.9 percent for the first year and something like 6 percent for the rest of the term. Now I just need to get that new Lightning extended faring from hillbilly and I can focus on riding.

Race_pirate,
I am selling/trading in my 03 XB9S for a new XB12X hopefully. Are you interested in the bike?
