I was at Mid-Ohio for Super Cycle weekend and found out that they were having a Bike Event in Mansfield on Saturday night. My brother had attended this last year and said it was pretty crazy. We got there and noticed a dyno, wheelie machine, and some stunt riders. The guys running the dyno were having a “shoot out” for HP in various classes. 0-636cc I-4s, 750-1000cc I-4s, 1050cc & up I-4s, Sport Twins (Buells, Sportsters, RC-51s, TL1000s...etc.), Cruisers, and Single Cylinders. They were charging $25 and they did 2 passes on your bike. I noticed that nobody had entered the Sport Twin class so I paid my money and went to get my Bolt. I ended up getting third, and a trophy, but only 2 other bikes ran in my class: 90 Sportster (winner) and a VROD (101 HP as I recall). I hope to scan the print out soon so you all can see the slope but here are the results for my bike with the factory race kit as only performance mods and 50k miles:

Pass 1: 72.1 HP @ 113 MPH
Pass 2: 74.9 HP @ 133 MPH

In case you’re curious here are the winners for each class from memory:

636cc – 05 ZX-6R = 104 HP
1000cc – 01 GSX-R 1000 = 170 HP
1050+cc – 00 ZX-12R (drag bike) = 220 HP
Sport Twin – 90 XL1200 = 120 HP
Cruiser – I forget
Single Cylinder – 02 Blast = 26 HP
