Does anyone make a whitewall sport tire for our bikes? I am considering doing a rat rod theme for my bike and a durable whitewall would be great. I am probably way off base but I want to do something unique. I figured no one has has quite done this yet. At least I haven't seen it.

A while ago on Ebay there was a paint offered specifically for motorcycle tires to give them the white wall look. Try a search under motorcycle wheels/tires for whitewall(s).

Both the paint and the tape look like my only options but they may work. So does it sound like it would look good? I figure with the traditional rat rod satin paint job it would look good with the frame and swingarm and look pretty unique. I am going to go ahead with it I think.

Hey Swang, get some Tomahawk tires. They don't come in white, but maybe a grey would help the look you're after. Or maybe even two different colors; a Blue with an Orange, or a Green with a Purple... Think of the possibilities!

It's a good suggestion, but something about those colored tires just doesn't look right to me. Like they're fake or just painted or something.

your onto something swang. i hear the 2008 line-up will include the XBrockabilly model with candy apple red rims, whitewalls, ape hangers, sissy bar and highway pegs. i can almost hear the stray cats 'built for speed'

Actually a flat black XB12S with those red wheels might be pretty cool, but I think I'd leave off the whitewalls and ape hangers...
