Is there a rear tire hugger or other method of blocking water and road grime on wet days? The rear fender looks cool, but doesn't do jack!

I think American Sport Bike and or Trojan sells them for the XB's.

I bought the extended rear fender from Am Sportbike for my XB9SX, and it does help. Still not perfect, but better.
