So I am stopped at a light on my 2003 XB9r with 7354 miles on her... I look around to see if any cops are in site and there are none so i decide to test my 0-60... light turns green and SNAP!!!! WHat in the LLEH is going on here?!?! so i have had my bike a little over a year now so does anyone think HD will fix this belt for free???

The belt on my '03 XB9S was replaced free of charge before it broke (or potential breakage). The dealer found a drive belt service bulletin. Do a search on the forum, otherwise I can send you both service bulletins. I understand this issue was corrected on '04 and later models.

I have looked all over and all i can find are service bulletin's for "Critical Drive Belt Handling Procedures", and "Wheel Bearing Upgrade for XB9R and XB9S Models" but i can't find anything that says they will replace it for free...

If they won't replace it under warranty, then you can contact one of the sponsor (Al or Daves) regarding 2003 belt upgrade kit..
